Made for the game. Grounded in something greater.
Sparrow Golf is a British house for people who love the course and do not believe the course is the whole of life. The clothing is modern. The reason for it is older.

FAITH IN FLIGHT.
The house began with a conviction that felt simple and, the longer we sat with it, not simple at all. Golf deserves clothing that is properly made: cloth that can be played in, a cut that still looks considered when the round is over, and a mark that does not need to shout across a fairway.
It also deserves honesty about what the game is. A good walk. A hard game. Four hours of company. A place where friendship has room to breathe. Not a religion, and not a substitute for one.
Sparrow is a Christian brand. We say that plainly here, and quietly everywhere else. Christ is the centre. The polo is not asked to preach. It is asked to be good.
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

The name
Never forgotten.
Jesus tells his friends, as he sends them out, that they are not overlooked. He reaches for the smallest example he can. Two sparrows, sold for a penny, and not one of them falls outside the Father’s care. Then he says the thing he meant all along: you are worth more than many sparrows.
That is the whole of the name. Not a mascot, and not a mood. A reminder that a person is seen — on a good round and on a poor one, in the clubhouse and far from it. We embroider the wing small because the teaching is not improved by being enlarged.
If you wear the polo and never read this page, the shirt should still be worth wearing. If you do read it, we hope the name feels earned.
How we hold the work
Four things.
- Faith
- Christ is at the heart of the house. We would rather the work point to Him quietly than wear belief like a slogan.
- Fellowship
- A round gives people time together. The clothing should be worthy of a morning on the course and the long walk back to the clubhouse.
- Purpose
- The game is a gift. It is not the whole of a life. We make things for people who love golf and are held by something greater.
- Craft
- Piping, proportion, a mark kept small. We would rather refine one polo than add another logo for the sake of being seen.
